I kinda like that the consumers are fighting back. Not to get all sociopolitical, and I'm not saying I'm anti-capitalist, but the nature of the model discourages conscientious (or even conscious) consumption. When I see consumers cultivating mindfulness and finding their voice, it gives me hope. 😁
