I actually had no clue about the F10! haha Here's another highlight...



Letting Scratch up on the furniture! This is the only spot left in the Inn that isn't drenched in blood and holy water from melted ice storms. We basically came hella correct like the Frog Sisters during a rogue vampire raid hehe. Then smoked everything in the stash to decompress afterwards. It was pretty much just like this... lol

That emotional moment when we gave Minsc his honorary Githyanki Greatsword +1 and for some reason it started glowing! hehe

Not sure if it's a glitch or chaos magic or what, but I'll we'll probably just leave it equipped for the duration, cause that was pretty clutch!

For this run, I put all 3 feats into ASI for Strength so we could at least hit the 18, heavy armor hunter this time around with the dye for a purple people eater lol. Feels pretty close. Last time I tried double maces and medium armor, but this seems more fun. The Gith run has been the most entertaining for me I think. Bae'zel always keeps it entertaining

Yay, you did him justice. Something that was taken away from him when Larian didn't pay attention to / decided to ignore the actual D&D spreadsheet for Minsc by James Ohlen and Cameron Tofer. One of those things from BG3 that I heavily disagree with: Minsc's starting stats, feats etc.

Yeah, I mean kinda weird that they didn't do any sort of stat blocks for the two returning characters right?

Jaheira is excellent though! They knocked that one out the park for me. I dig all her idles and her tent is pretty great!

I gave her all the attribute boosting equipment so she'd feel proper legendary...

Man, I wish Larian could add an option for a good old fashioned ability roll, do you could not always have the same sum of all stats. I always disliked point-buy system.

Wow, 18-18-17-17-20-12 make her a walking fortress. Truly legendary indeed.

Also, had to giggle at Aspect of the Elk picked by Black Elk.

I agree that Jaheira feels more natural than Minsc and fits much better. But still, even with her, I think she loses something after the Stone Lord business is complete in Act 3. In my main playthrough (that I still haven't finished), I didn't find a permanent spot for her, I would prefer to observe original BG3 NPCs (reactions/content etc) more than Jaheira.

That emotional moment when the decision to take 1 lvl in Bard totally panned out! lol Tasha's Hideous Laughter coming clutch when it really Counted...

Tav'itha really pulled ahead in the home stretch there, like a blazing Red comet for team Githyanki. Last off the Nautiloid but still kept it colossal! Good times hehe

I also managed to set up Karlach with incredible strength for both melee and ranged attacking.

Her base strength is 18 and I equipped her with the Mighty Cloth to bring it up to 20 and then gave her the Harmonium Halberd to further increase her strength to 22. Next I gave her the Gloves of Dexterity and the Titanstring Bow so she could also use that amazing strength in ranged attacks. I even gave her the Caustic Band to give her a further boost in damage. Her subclass is Wildheart Barbarian with the Bear Bestial Heart, which makes her incredibly durable as well. It seems to be working great so far!

One of the heads of slaughtered people I found in the mind player dungeon at the end of Act 2, you know, below the towers, I could have sworn it talked with her voice, and I found her eye patch down there.
No details please but I'd really like to know if I have to get used to the idea that was her... so could someone who has been to the city already please tell me if you've met her alive?

So the first time out I never even entered that room in the Oubliette, and also lost Wyll/Mizora as a result. Karlach seemed distraught that run, but I wasn't even sure what we'd neglected to do. Second time I killed pretty much everyone in that room, I think by accident lol, but in both instances I still got a Mol showing up in Act III! So I think it's pegged to have Mol always getting away somehow.

You'll notice as well, if you go Durge or just evil Tav, that Mol will escape whatever happens at the Grove. So sorta same deal in the Second Act.

That's to the Mol Q above.

This is my own Tav... after finally completing the game on Tactician the other day and some serious foot draggin' for a couple months there hehe. I feel like I've been playing incessantly, but still only a 2/3rds of the way through the achievements lol.

Here were some of my endgame highlights...

I came real close to getting TPK'd, after rolling a Nat 20 on a DC99 checks and whatnot, like with the very last inspiration. At that point I couldn't bring myself to re-reload, so instead I just shot a knowing glance at Gale and decided to go out with a bang. It was highly satisfying!!!

I love how there's always a B flick option for the ending if you get in the weeds in the last battle hehe.

That one was probably my fav run yet! I know Tav'itha would want to be remembered as a true Gith, so that's what we told Orpheus.

Bae'zel I will follow you to the Astral and beyond, ride red Dragons till the end of time! That smile - so winning!

Like an anthem for the plague times.

Still having a blast though, cause there are like 5 other Tavs waiting to cross the finish line! Should keep me rocking for a good long spell I'd imagine.

I fucking love this game! Like a lot more than I expected too honestly. It definitely scratched some kind of itch for me, no contest. Like it's goofy and B rate, but also sublime and deeply affecting, in equal measure. A beauty rare.
