So, I'm a restartitice person lol. I restarted Skyrim probably 25 times and the farthest I got was buying a horse and falling off a cliff to her demise.

Question:

If you can give me two hints how to best journey throughout the Skyrim game, could you do that please?
My intention is to visit some of the areas that are also represented in ESO like Windhelm and Solitude.

Thank you in advance.

Not to get a restartitis in Skyrim (or any other TES game), I'd recommend creating a concept of the character in mind. Create their story first (see https://tavernrpg.com/threads/the-elder-scrolls-roleplay-playthrough-thread.11/ for a few examples) and try to stick to it during your gameplay. Then introduce a few challenges for yourself--you might limit total reloads by X factors, e.g. if you die X times in combat, you finish the run (but dying by falling off a cliff doesn't count) etc. Then consider a few mods for immersion, I'd recommend Frostfall, Campfire, and Hunterborn for a start.

Using mods in general can make you stick to the game more, e.g. if you install better character creation options, improve graphics, or, for example, install NPC mods, such as Serana Dialog Addon (if you're a fan of Serana).
