Where would you look for a new character's portrait? (a surprising source)

For me, almost any playthrough in an RPG that allows me to customize my character always starts with their portrait and (if the game allows it) avatar's face (along with other traits such as race, gender, etc).

Of course, the usual way to search for a new portrait would be to go to ArtStation and DeviantArt and spend a good chunk of several hours just browsing through them.

We're living in an exciting time, though. How about using AI for that? WHAAAAT?

This is what I got for requesting a shadowdancer rogue portrait (the idea came from Krogan's new thread) from the AI on this site: https://artflow.ai/

"Krogan"? What am I going to call you now, "weird physics"? ;)

The concept of being able to generate portraits from keywords is interesting, it adds one more option for those of us who have difficulties finding a good portrait, but consider that important, and don't have the talent to simply draw one.

Although, admittedly, I had to snicker a bit at the thought of a Shadowdancer of all people having eyes that apparently glow in the dark.

@WiseGrimwald You can easily tweak the image sizes by Paint 3D (a free app coming with Windows) and save them as 24-bit BMPs (crop the image as you need).
