You can report a game to Valve if you scroll down the main page of any game until the Share/Embed/Report buttons (on the right, below the info on languages and all game-related links).

What is this? I looked over the steam page but still couldn't figure it out...

It's a Chinese game based on the TTRPG Call of Cthulhu. I think the title might be unfortunate and look bad from the perspective @shmity72 brings, but it might be just not an ideal translation. The game is also not focused on the topics of mental syndromes, and by "Depersonalization", from what I read, they mean dreams that seem either real or not.
