I looked over mine, but I think it provides a very misleading picture. That's mostly because I've spent a very large amount of time playing games through other clients, notably World of Warcraft through the battle.net client, and Final Fantasy XIV through the Square Enix client. I've also played quite a bit of Might and Magic 6-8, both through the GoG client and through offline-installed copies of those games through no client at all.
The game it says I played most through Steam was Sacred 2: Remastered, and that only released on November 11. The second most-played Steam games for me, according to that stats page, were Star Wars: The Old Republic (MMO version) and Guild Wars 2.
