Wanted to share one small example.
I've been trying to solve an issue for a friend today: they wanted to change the default, non-English language for subtitles in Dragon Age: Inquisition (purchased from Origin), to English (imagine, in that game, it's not that easy as just pulling a switch in the game settings, or downloading some content via the app). I had to search for a few solutions on the official EA boards, Reddit and a few other places, but all the advice I could find didn't work. Until... I found a solution by nobody else than our own @Serg_BlackStrider here: https://bsn.boards.net/thread/588/russian-polish-dragon-inquisition-english - the method listed there works for changing other languages as well. The solution is from 2016, and yet here we are, Serg is still very much involved in gaming discussions. This is priceless. Thank you, Serg!
