No worries. It doesn’t matter. I just banana around the parts of life that I don’t find interesting. That was the subtext of the law school story
Yeah I know, you're a goofball. Your "modus operandi" is "bounce, bounce, oops sorry, repeat."

And I'll confess that I enjoy trying to make you mad, lol. You never take the bait, though. You're smart. I like that about you, lol.

But I'm still trying to make you mad, lol. For example, I know that you absolutely hate it when someone goes Off-Topic in a thread, especially yours. And what have we been doing in this thread? Lol...

I'm sorry, Alesia, I hereby promise to cut it out 🤣

If you’re trying make me mad, then good luck with that. There are only two people in this world who can make me mad: Neera and Rassad.

I love Neera. How could I not? She's a Valley Girl. Valley Babe, I would say.

Rassad is "meh", Dorn is a "no way", and Hexxat is cool in my book. Unpopular opinion, I know.

Btw, I’m aware of your intentions with the IoA project but I still think it would be a great premise for a social commentary driven comedic work.

I played Ingmar Bergman’s question game with the concept and I kind of like where that led.

Q: Why are people living in Antarctica?
A: They’ve been banished.

Q: Why were they banished?
A: An increasingly insane world sent all the sane people there.

I didn’t like where that answer led so I tried a different answer.

A2: In a world savaged by climate change, the rest of the world sent all the economists et all who got us into this mess there.

Q: Why are they declaring independence?
A: Because even though the world is collapsing around them on account of their flawed world view, they still think they’re right. They’re digging in their heels.

Their fiction documents could be super fun and thought provoking, imo

You have it all wrong though, Alesia. They're not like that, and that's not their history. They're scientists and soldiers, nothing more.

Lol. I’m talking about an alternate project starting with the same title. I know that’s not what you’re up to

No you're not, you don't have telepathy.
I’m aware of them to the extent that you’ve stated them.

The sole point of that sentence was to insure that you wouldn’t misinterpret my comment in the manner that you did.

She always does this. Have any of you other folk noticed that? She derails her own threads. Granted, I do my humble part as well, but she just goes bananas once in a while.

Either that, or I'm crazy. Maybe both. Maybe none. Whose to say? 🤔

I can't get this sentence out of my mind. Her lack of punctuation effectively turns it into a garden path sentence. It's like saying "The horse raced past the barn fell." And that means that the horse, the one that was raced past the barn, fell down. But in the case of Alesia's sentence, I literally have no idea what she's saying.

I tried my best to refrain from quoting this sentence, but I just can't.

You're using "banana" as a verb here? Deliberately? What do you even mean when you say something like that?

Ok yeah, I looked her up. Nah, I prefer Jerry Seinfeld. Best stand-up comedian ever. The GOAT.

And to a lesser extent (this might be controversial), Amy Schumer. She doesn't really make me laugh, but I find her super interesting in an anthropological sense.

Does that make sense to you, or am I speaking nonsense here?

And. If we're talking about the best comedian tour court, not just stand-up, then I would have to vote for Steve-O. There, I said it. Steve-O is humanity's most accomplished comedian. I'll fight you over this, Alesia. Back down. You don't want to argue with me about that, trust me.

I’m sorry, m7600, but I’m really not interested in this dialogue. I’d appreciate it if you’d stop addressing me. Thanks in advance.
