Thanks again, Alesia, for this LP with such a great narration and insights which was a real pleasure to follow!

Duck and Cover: Fallout Permadeath Runs for the Undiscerning Wastelander

The Sword Coast is lovely any time of year, if your ask me =) Looking forward for your Fallout 3 ending slides (really-truly enjoyed your story there!) and whatever new adventure you'll decide to begin after that.

Duck and Cover: Fallout Permadeath Runs for the Undiscerning Wastelander

Nice to see you back in action, Alesia! 😀 I never finished Fallout 3 myself, so it's like watching a new movie. And your narration is very engaging, as usual! Keep on it! =)

Pathfinder: Kingmaker and Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous General Discussion, Playthroughs and Minimal/No Reload Thread

I agree with @Antimatter: The Wildcards is a must, imo. New race, class AND quests. Varnhold's Lot - you can play it at least once before begining of Act 4: 'The Varnhold Vanishing' so you will be able to import data from one of your DLC saves into your main game at the beginning of Act 4...

The Candlekeep Annex: RPed Baldur’s Gate No and Low Reload Adventures

Now, that's an unfortunate outcome... I feel sad of your loss =( In my first Avatars run, one of our characters Cassia (Shapeshifter with 100% magic resistance) died/chunked in the Underdark due to the Disintegration effect of Sphere of Chaos, which bypassed her MR being Natural/Nonmagical (0)...

According to NearInfinity Arbane's Sword +2 grants immunity to effects: Paralyze (109) and Hold Creature (175). Shield of Harmony +2 grants immunity to effects: Charm Creature (5), Confusion (128), Paralyze (109) and Hold Creature (175).

Interest check: Baldur's Gate (classic) full trilogy RP run

Since Cleric/Mage in general (and Cleric/Illusionist in particular) is my all time most favorite class combo and I was never sold on Paladins (except of Pallegina in PoE) my vote is obvious. I also wouldn’t equate pacifism with cowardice but if you see her like this it's fine with me.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker and Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous General Discussion, Playthroughs and Minimal/No Reload Thread

Whether WoTR is much better than Kingmaker or not is pretty much subjective. Personally for me Kingmaker and WoTR are just like BG1/ToSC and BG2 SoA/ToB. The sequels might look a bit more polished and flashy and all that but my heart will always be with the first parts of those sagas. I've never...

Any Way to Play Classic BG Games without Troubleshooting?

I play in windowed mode and take screenshots hitting Alt+PrintScreen (capture active window this way) and then paste in Paint/Paint.net

Any Way to Play Classic BG Games without Troubleshooting?

Yep, I still prefer the original games and have box versions (on CDs) of both BG1/ToSC and BG2 SoA/ToB. I use clean installs of those to build my current modded setups but originals themselves run without any issues on my current PC under Windows 10. Do you have ToSC for BG1? If so then try the...

Who would you have in your ultimate RPG party?

This one is not easy at all in my case... (my biggest 'problem' with any party cRPG's is that I always have too few/not enough party slots to pick all the NPC I want to take with me) but: 1) Jaheira (#1 100%), from Baldur's Gate 2) Eder (very close by), from Pillars of Eternity 3) Valerie, from...

I believe Adratha has those potions as well and you usually side with her vs Khan Zahraa, so it's not so bad after all. Not sure if her stock is 'unlimited' but at the same time don't know about Roger's one too in this matter. And also Mrs. Cragmoon in the Bridge District has a quite nice stock...

Not everyone at all, I assure you. As an everlasting animals' admirer I wholeheartedly support Aurora's attitude toward her pets. So she definitely has at least one member in her fan club 🤩.

The Candlekeep Annex: RPed Baldur’s Gate No and Low Reload Adventures

Personally, I pretty much like SR/IR concept - there are a lot of changes there that I fully support. My main concern with them is their constant changes with literaly every release - as if the authors themselves do not know what they want to achieve. They also fix some inevitable bugs in the...

The Candlekeep Annex: RPed Baldur’s Gate No and Low Reload Adventures

If only we could play a cRPG which takes best from all of the worlds (Baldur's Gate, Pathfinder, Pillars of Eternity, Divinity: Original Sin, Solasta)... Sweet dreams :) I love all of them even if each of those have their own 'flaws'. But who or what if perfect, please tell me? :)

The Candlekeep Annex: RPed Baldur’s Gate No and Low Reload Adventures

I can't comment on others, but for me personally, holding on the grounds of fair play delivers much more satisfaction on the achievement and on the process of gaining it than using some kind of 'cheats', 'exploits', 'cheesy' or 'gray' tactics whatever that means to get an achevement all by...
