Rustiness or not, but your presentation doesn't suffer from it at all, trust me :) Absolutely brilliant and hilarious at the same time!
It might sound strange for some but personally I find BG1 far less threatening than SoA/ToB and I rarely have too much problems with it. Maybe it's due to my...
When you return to Reynald with the cup, he'll call Anarg over to see you. Anarg will ask you if you'd like to join his outfit.
If you say yes, then Anarg will reveal that he knows about your scheme with Trawl, and he and his men will attack you. Following this path will earn you 39,500 xp...
Welcome and best of luck with your run! I just (last Friday) finished my Last Azlanti run of Kingmaker at last (after two or maybe even three years...) and now storming through WoTR too with my Sylvan Sorcerer. Looking forward to see how your Overwhelming Soul will fare there!
Well, as a seasoned traveler I'm quite confident in unfamiliar environments and used to sleep/store my things under open sky (the Strider part in my nickname is there for reasons =) So that chest outside Copper is as good for me as any other one.
/juːɑːnˈti/ yoo-an-TEE - this.
Now you should see my collection of Pathfinder: Kingmaker's goodies stored in kingdom's treasure chest - every single unique named item is there!
As for me it's always the same chest right outside of Copper (close to the area enter/exit, no need to go inside, so less loading screens) for BG2 just to store gear I don't want to sell (yea, I'm a hoarder just like that... =)
For BG1 I don't have any particuar store since I always run a full...
While I can't comment on most of those traps' behaviours since I never use my party thieves other than open locks, find/disarm traps and detect illusions here are my thoughts on the matter nonetheless:
I think this is not as it should be - a character under the Maze effect is not a subject for...
I've not encountered any issues with v.35 since I've not tried it yet myself. It’s something like with Boris Pasternak and his "Doctor Zhivago" - "I have not read it, but I condemn it anyway"... :giggle:
It's all about the fact that my experience with software and especially games, being...
Me too stay away from v.35 for the moment not only because of all those somewhat controversial modifications but also since it's not bugless/polished enough for my personal taste yet. My runs are always very slow and when updates of the mod are coming out like every couple of days or weeks it...
You might know that already by heart, but for me personally everything that makes a game "more in line with the original adventure" is perfectly sensible. :)
Personally, I would definitely recommend to start with Kingmaker first. I'm in WotR myself at the moment, but have to mention again that aside from all those QoL things it brings I still prefer the Kingmaker in most aspects of gameplay and story wise.
@Borco Yep! That's why Charisma is THE stat for me for quite a while already =) Especially considering I mostly play as a Diplomat Sorcerer nowadays (Pathfinder, BG3 etc.).
As far as I'm aware you need to have NPC reaction 15-20 to get that scroll from Drienne: 200 exp, Reputation +1, [Protection from Undead]
You roll between 8 - 12 and then apply a modificator. Your heroic reputation gave you +4 reaction adjustment and 12 Charisma gave 0. In this case you just...
Now, that's quite unfortunate, @Borco... :'(
Nonetheless, it was great run, as usual, and a pleasure to follow!
Long breaks during the course of the run is a common issue, I believe. Myself included. Most of those are usually abandoned with the remaining few continued with a considerable...
From my personal point of view it should be something like this: the same race, culture and attributes scores while it could be some variations in background since there are some changes in background>skills combo between PoE1 and Deadfire. Also as long as the original class is still in there...
